How will the plugin work on a weak communication channel, with intermittent communication breaks? What traffic does it consume? And how often does synchronization happen and how does it load the channel and what traffic does it consume?

This add-on sync fields between issues in single Jira instance, so it no traffic use.

Synchronization runs immediately after changing the associated task.
