Comment added during transition are not synced

Hi Yury,

I am trying to get it working but with no success. In Service Desk project issue I am adding a comment during the transition (a window with a comment field is opened during transition). Such comments are not synced to Jira Software project.

Yes it is active.

Other fields are synced, also comments when added in a normal way.

There are some issues but not connected to the problem, like no error for the example from the movie.

Check a postfunction tab of the transition.

Do you have postfunction like this screenshot? (“fire event postfunction” must be called after “add comment” postfunction)

I think a problem in postfunction which must called listeners.

Does the problem appear on all transitions?

Is the event called the "Generic event"?

Try add another field(from synced field list) to transition screen. Is it syncing?

I made a longer investigation - the problem affected only one projects pair, only in one way. I solved it. Deleting the listener and recreating it from the scratch. And it does work like a charm. Well… should have think about it in the very beginning - it is Jira
