Attachment not sync after change the linked issue type

We are syncing JSD issues to Jira Software . In JSD the issues type are incident , Problem ... While creating the internal ticket in jira software its creating as Bug , Story . Now we are facing problem with Syncing the attachment .What ever the attachment added in JSD issue its coming as broken image in Jira software . all comments are syncing .

By default attachment copied with real author of attachment. Maybe problem in permissions. In new version author of attachment is “Sync User” from settings.

Try new version and set Sync User, who has permission to access target project

Attachment is copying to target project if the issue type is same as JSD . if we change the the issue type in internal project ( eg, incident to Bug ) after this attachment (new) sync as broken

Are you change issuetype in issue or in add-on settings?

Issue MOVE issue → change type ( from incident to Bug ) , incident is the default issue type in JSD , once the linked issue created in internally (Jira software) , we are changing to BUG

Issue types in "Source" section does not contains “Bug” type. Sync triggered only for a selected issue types in “Source” section

Are you have errors on “error“ tab?

I have similar behavior after remove attachment in source issue, because if you delete attachment in source issue, synced attachments are removed from target issue
