Fix version field across issue types not syncing

I can't seem to get the fixversion to sync from "Initiative" to "Feature".

Additionally the next step is to get it to sync from feature to epic which is in a different project.

    Hello. Hm, are you sure for link direction right? Maybe set "Outward" or both direction?
