Slie Jira CustomFields is showed as Incompatible After upgrade jira Software

Recently we have upgrade our Jira environment from 7.4.6 to 7.13.5 . After upgrade we have issue with the Slie Jira CustomFields manage app, it's not compatible with our version it asks update . we have click on update it. it changes name to Rating field , But it doesn't work for the our projects. we loss information of some custom fields related to this manage app. Please help to fix this issue.
