Not able to install the 'Rating Custom Field' add on

Hi,

I was trying to install the 'Rating Customfield' using 'Find new add-ons'. But I get an error message 'Problem accessing the file Rating CustomField."

How do I fix this?

What is your JIRA version? Try download https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/ru.slie.jira.plugins.customfield/versions plugin for your version of jira and install mannualy

The Jira version we use is 6.4.6 Is there some other way? Installing it manually would require stopping and starting Jira which I want to avoid.

Use «Upload add-on», plugin will be installed without reboot.

Thanks Yuri. This worked. Just one last question: When I add this custom field, am I required to add options in terms of asterisk (*) when defining a new custom field?

You must add options for custom field such as: Bad No bad Normal Good Very good
