Display Option path instead Option name - not working correct

Hi,

I experience some issue with the option to display path instead of option name.

If I select the first option from second level everything looks fine but if I select the let's say second option the first level is missing in the path. Please have a look at the attached screenshots.

Try re-index options:

go to Admin → Tree Customfield → Indexing → click Start indexing
