multilevel structure implementation for Jira Service Management.

Hi Team,

We are expecting to display the fields in the tree structure in Jira service Desk. 1. is the addon "Tree CustomField" supported for Jira service Desk? 2. Displaying the fields in the multilevel structure is possible or not when we combined field as dynamic field?
If yes please provide the guidance to do the multilevel structure implementation for Jira Service Management.
