Improve Search functionality for Tree Custom field

Please note that users are not able to search properly for a value in a tree custom field, the value appears but without the ability to choose a sub-value. Also searching in the following way : digital/access does not work. Can you please look into this ?

Hm. Can you show parameters of tree customfield? Maybe try clear a browser cache?

The parameters were well set. I tried again after clearing cache, some options are showing with their children and the others are not.

My clients are complaining that, as shown in the picture, if we type Active Directory the sub-values won’t appear. And what they request is if we type a value, all levels will appear. Can that be done?

I think I get it. You are using REST search? I implemented new search algorithm only for static tree. If your tree contains less than 100-200 nodes - uncheck REST search

I will implement new search algorithm for REST on this week
