Admin Credentials verification

We have activated the feature of JIRA to require the entering of the user credentials "again", when you access any administrative function ("WebSudo"). That works fine, but as soon as we want to access the Treecontrol administrative features via "manage apps", we are asked again for the credentials. That would be acceptable to some extend, but even entering now the credentials again and again does not forward to the actual feature (schema maintenance, indexing, etc.)

@Yury Oboz , We have noticed that above mentioned issue occurs when user is part of “Jira Administrators” and it works (without above mentioned issue) when user is part of “Jira System Administrators”

The addon checks for system administrator permissions. Now addon requires admin or system admin permissions.
