Importing into existing Schema

We have a Schema with 2500 existing values, but want to add 500 more.

Any way to import XML into an existing schema?

Hi!

No. You can export exists schema, will add values to xml and import as new schema, then change schema for customfield context.

When you change schema all affected issues will be changed and reindexed for new values.

Also you can add new values to exists schema via REST
