Cannot restore pro purchase
I have a new iPad Pro. I have previously purchased the pro update, and it is working on my old iPad and my iPhone. But when I try to view private repositories on the new iPad, I get the prompt to upgrade to pro. I click through, click "Restore previous purchase," and the screen dims, shows "Activating..." and the app hangs. It never authorizes, and I have to kill the app to use it again.

2.5.5 has been submitted to Apple for review. It will contain this fix. The new version should be available within a few days. If it does not resolve this issue please reopen.

Account Deleted Sorry -- the behavior has changed but I still can't restore my purchase. When I click the restore link, I get a circular progress bar that goes around a few times, but once it completes, the screen does not update. If I go back and try to access a private repository, I am again sent to the upgrade screen, and then if I proceed and click the restore link again, the screen flashes, there is no progress bar, and nothing happens. Thanks.

repo owner The fact that it appears and disappears without change might indicate that the app store doesn't register you having purchased it before. Are these devices using the same iTunes account?
Regardless of the reason, I've made the Pro Version free for a day so you can pick it up for your other device. I'm not sure why the restore function is not working here but if I were you I'd be less than pleased. So make sure you grab it for your other device ;)

Account Deleted Got it -- I'd gone through all the usual checks on accounts, etc -- not sure what was up but thank you very much for this easy workaround.

Someone else has also reported this. I've got a fix and will be submitting the new version to Apple today.
