@jruckman, as an iOS developer, I don't handle any of the monetary transactions - that is all done via iTunes. If you'd like a refund you'll have to go through them. I have no control over that. I'm also very surprised that you'd be charged $9.98 for the pro-version as it has not changed from $1.99 from the time that created it in iTunes. You may want to bring that to their attention. This is definitely my first time hearing of an overcharge.
