Cannot restore purchase after installing on new phone

Moved from old phone to new phone. Installed app on new phone and tried restore purchase option but it has no effect. Keeps asking me to purchase "Pro" even though I have already purchased it.

To clarify, seems it still works on my old phone which I don't use anymore. When I click restore it seems to try to do something, but it just leaves me on the same screen with no effect. I hope that there's a fix or workaround soon.
