initial new user data

A new user should have a single todo list right away, probably called "welcome to Justly Done"*, and the following items in it:

Welcome! Justly Done is a todolist app that makes it easy to manage any part of your life.
On your left, you can create more todolists as well as click on other todolists to view/edit them.
this is a todo. It's best for a todo to represent a single action but you can do whatever you like.
To complete a todo, click on this text or on the checkbox. Go ahead and check this one off.
To edit delete a todo, click on the edit icon below. Go ahead and try it on this one.
You're ready to go!
by use a list name with a lower case "w" the list will likely be after any lists the user creates, if they jump right in.

If we create any marketing materials it would be good to link to that from here. Particularly any posts on GTD or Now Habit stuff. Using JD isn't the hard part, after all.
