Apply rscss naming convention to download-list

Amrit suggests:

We can use .downloadlistitem class selector instead of selecting the tag ‘li’
Also, we can nest them in .download-list.

I think rscss convention would allow a shorter internal-sub-component name like simply "item". Unless there is a good reason to have items be their own component with a dash in the name.

Yeah just ‘ item ’ will do that job. Actually naming elements inside components like this is mentioned in rcss convention.
