Issue #45 open

destroy item/rev does not give an indication in history

I think we should show in history that an item was destroyed. Currently this operation removes an item without any signal.

the problem with that is/was that history is computed from item/revision metadata. item/revision gone -> metadata gone.

since we have whoosh indexing, it is even that history is computed from the index.

so, we maybe could add an "artifical" document to the index that indicates that destruction happened. that will be gone if one completely rebuilds the index, but maybe is good enough for a temporary notification about what has happened.
