make.py fails on ubuntu with msg: /bin/sh: 1: source: not found

Issue #398 resolved

Ubuntu, Linux Mint, others fail on "source ./activate" inside a script. Works with CentOS.

Workaround: within make.py, replace 4 instances (ignore 1 comment) of "source ./activate" with ". ./activate".

Related note: on my Linux Mint, after doing the above, "./m extras" fails with "fatal error: python.h: no such file or directory".

    The python.h problem was a missing library. Executing "m extras" requires prior installation of python-dev, python-ldap, libldap2-dev, libsasl2-dev, libssl-dev
