Access Denied when Clicking on Show link on Ticket Item History

Create a ticket, optionally update the ticket, go to Global History, click on the HIST link to show ticket history, then click on the Show link of any ticket revision. All will result in Accessed Denied view.

    Tickets still need a lot of work, but this issue seems to have been resolved with Vipul's gsoc 2015 updates or one of the subsequent patches.
