Faulty ID for text cursor

The ID of the text cursor is is 656, not 678.

What versions of SU do this relate to? 2017, or older versions as well? (Wondering if IDs might have changed.)

I have only tested it in 2017 but I got the correct number from the name of the cursor png file inside SketchUp 2015's exe file. I haven't tested in any other version but I find it very likely to be the same. In cursor.rb the number 678 is both indexed by :text and :follow_me_invalid (the latter was shown when I tested it on SU2017) so it appears to be a typo in cursor.rb.
