Department filter seems not working

1. Log in to the planner
2. Open /employees page
3. Open department filter, mark Support and click apply

Actual result: no colleagues as result Expected result: Ovik & other bros

NB: this can be not one broken filter, but some of them work.

Ovik’s department is 'Information Systems'. If you don't like having 'Support' department around when nobody belongs to it, please ask the HRs to remove it.
