Different types of input or user intercation elements should be hidden in case user got no permissions to interact with them

Issue #94 new
Former user created an issue

Once user got no permission to filter people by department - this department should not be displayed in the list of department filter.

Right now I got no permission to filter by HR department - filter results retuning: No people matching criteria. But I stil can find them by the list of all employees by ctrl+f for example. Filter criteria is available for me to click and returns unexpected result.

Proposal: remove elements which are unavailable for user by policy restrictions from UI in order to avoid user's interaction with unexpected results.
