Brackets not encoded properly in Penn writer

Hello,

I encountered some problems when serializing brackets. I've patched the code to replace ( and ) with -LRB- and -RRB-. I am not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but that's what I had to do to get the code to play nicely with the rest of the pipeline.
