PHD stops guiding when a pulseguide command is sent

Observed on John Welsh's setup, sent a manual guide command to the mount, and PHD displayed an error as shown in the screen shot.

    The ASCOM spec says that the PulseGuide methods should not cause the driver to report that it is slewing. Therefore this will have to be considered a driver bug.
