when use oracle remote the function Connection_ping() has a bug.

when use oracle remote, if the internet is closed in using Connection_ping(),the function will die untill the internet is ok not return the error.

Sorry, the next is not clear for me: "die until the internet is OK", does it mean that Connection_ping() leads to crash? Maybe you mean that call is locked till connectivity will OK?
