New release

Hello,

Thank you for your work on this library!

The latest version of the library was released in 2015. Unfortunately, that release could not be built in Gentoo Linux with OpenSSL 1.1.

I suppose that the bug was probably fixed in master branch already. Could you please issue a new release or provide some estimate when it could be done? Also, please let me know if you need any help.
