lmtp.c sip.c boilerplates

File boilerplates are partial GPLv3 (at the beginning) partial AGPLv3 (at the end).

lmtp.c boilerplate doesn't contain OpenSSL exception.

According to copyright notices Tildeslash Ltd. is only one copyright holder thus it should be easy to fix it.
