Support for alternative IP address for mmonit server in monitrc

Issue #11 on hold
Former user created an issue

Monit support only one IP address for M/Monit server (set mmonit...). Sometimes when devices uses VPN alternative IP address for M/Monit service would be very helpful (for example when ports on public IP address are blocked). Support for master/slave IP address for set mmonit command would be very nice.

Now we can set twice command set mmonit for public and VPN address but this cause that events are duplicated.

M/Monit currently supports only active/passive failover as the database cannot be access by two active M/Monit instances (M/Monit caches the data).

If we'll add support for M/Monit failover to alternative IP addresses now, it will be probably confusing as it will seems as active/active configuration support.

We'll add the failover support in the future, when M/Monit will support active/active setups.
