Connect timout is 5000 seconds

Command "if failed port 80 then restart"

results in GUI "If failed [localhost:80 [DEFAULT via TCP] with timeout 5000 seconds] then restart"

I didn't check whether it really 5K timeout or just display problem.

Hello, this problem is fixed already, see: https://bitbucket.org/tildeslash/monit/issue/115/port-timeout-times-make-no-sense.

The timeout is 5 seconds, but Monit uses internally milliseconds, which were not converted to seconds when showing the timeout value.
