URL check not documented

I've found online hints on how to simply call an url (eg. http://www.guguncube.com/2959/monit-url-http-and-elasticsearch-checks), but this possibility is not visible in the monit docs, thus people might lose time cutting their urls in the other monit format (with separate scheme, host, port, path...).

Was it done on purpose ?

The url check is deprecated (although still supported for backward compatibility), so it was removed from the monit manual.
