old monit releases removed, breaking automated build

I build docker image, that downloads monit from http://mmonit.com/monit/dist/binary/, during build time.

The build started failing because the particular version disappeared from this location. While there could be a number of workarounds that I can think of, could you keep old versions there and let the user decide when to upgrade, rather than breaking their builds?

We were hitting our monthly bandwidth upload-rate. We'll see if we can make the old binaries available here at Bitbucket or at Github instead.
