Problems with compile of monit 5.14

I can run configure OK but make fails

./configure

Monit Build Information:

            Architecture: LINUX

    Ilya is correct in that your OpenSSL library installation should be upgraded. If this is not possible you can alternatively configure and compile Monit without SSL support, ./configure --without-ssl
