Feature request: Implement JSON-formatted output

It would be very beneficial if monit (particularly: "monit status", "monit summary", "monit -v") could produce JSON-formatted, standardized output that is trivial to parse with automatic tools.

yes, we plan to improve the HTTP-API in the future (possibly using JSON or different format), putting on hold for now, will re-open when the work will start
