monit freezes and doesn't do anything for a while

Hi Team,

We saw some more weird behaviors in our testing. Comparing with Monit 5.14, if we try to do one action right after another action through monit on the same process, monit kicks out a message saying "Action failed, please try again". But the beta does not seem to do that. Also, all the commands seem to queue up with almost no action done for a while. It would update the status on the UI and the Monit summary but it won't do anything else. Just when we thought that Monit froze, it suddenly kicked in logging crazy and implementing all the actions as expected. I am attaching screenshots and full logs of this particular system.
