Add option to change the default apache server-status url

Currently the apache's server-status path is hardcoded. In some configurations (like mine) the url is different and it would be nice to have an option to change it. The attached patch adds set serverstatusurl option, e.g.: set serverstatusurl "/custom-server-status"
