"monit status" and "monit summary" exit with 0 when an error occurs

If a monit control command is issued through the CLI (e.g. "monit start all"), an exit code of 1 is returned if an error occurs. However, the status & summary commands always exit with 0 regardless of any errors that occur. Errors that can occur for status/summary include the http interface not enabled or a socket issue while communicating to the http interface.
