Allow several "not every" statements

monit does not allow several "not every" statements, in cases where several maintenance windows exist at different minutes/weekdays and you don't want to run a check during them, eg not every "0-30 5 * 0" and not every "30-59 13 * 2".

A workaround is to use crond to schedule unmonitor/monitor during these maintenance windows but not having to rely on crond would probably be more robust.
