CHECKSUM testing for PROGRAM check

It maybe useful to extend CHECKSUM test not only for a FILE, but also for PROGRAM's output.

Use case examples: monitor iptables-save output for active firewall rules change; easy monitoring of directories for changes (ex.: find /somedir -ls); monitoring of files for changes with some lines grep -v'ed.
