Enhancement Request: Adding .plist LaunchCtl File for macOS

There are autostart files for linux machines, but those of us on macOS - and adore Monit - but hate launchctl.... Have been lacking in the autostart-arena....

Until now!

I was lucky enough to stumble across a working .plist file!
