Feature request: define custom notification command

Hello team,

at the moment it's only possible to send alerts via e-mail. It would be great to have an option so send messages by a custom command as i would like to send messages via XMPP. It could look like this line in the monitrc file:

set alert-type {email,custom}
set custom-alert-command my-custom-sender.sh -s "subject" -b "body $EVENT $SERVICE ..." user@xmpp-server.org
