Configure always shows Compression enabled

Alexander Dahl created an issue

When running ./configure on monit 5.21.0 in the end it always shows:

|   Compression:                                  ENABLED    |

This is always the case, whether I set --with-zlib or --without-zlib doesn't matter.

Tested on Debian GNU/Linux 8 both native and when cross-compiling.
