Same action on success as when test fails

I have the following rule:

if failed ping4 for 4 cycles then exec /iae/monit/etc/send_alert

When the check fails it sends an email and also exec's the script just as expected. But when the check then succeeds it only sends the email but does not call the script. I would expect the exact same action to happen on the fail and succeed states. Is this possible?
