Opposite of "if failed" / run only once
Issue #690
resolved
Hello,
i have encountered an case im not able to solve, i use monit to check an service, if this service is not reachable i need to execute an command. This works flawlessly.
But what i try to archive is to execute another command only once the service gets up again. Is there a way to solve this in monit? If i would do another check if the service is alive it would execute the command needed always not only once.
Thanks for any input!
Cheers guys i love monit it's a great software. Regards, Patrick

Hello,
you can use the "... else if succeeded then <action>" optional part: https://mmonit.com/monit/documentation/monit.html#GENERAL-SYNTAX
