Monit doesn't detect monitrc changed

Hello team, I upgraded monit version from 2.13 to 2.20 but got problem about monit can not detect changing of monitrc. In version 2.13, I add and remove Service checks while monit running and it can showing in monit status without reload. But version 2.20, it not work for this case. This feature has removed from 2.20 or did I miss any config? Thank Team.
