Using monit tool, unable to start/restart Nagios

Former user created an issue

Monit is monitoring all the services fine but it is unable to start/restart Nagios tool.

I am using following configuration :- 

1. Centos
2. Monit
3. Nagios

    Please run monit in debug mode and send output:

    1.) stop monit

    2.) start monit:

    monit -vI

    3.) try to restart Nagios and collect Monit output from logs/console
