CR: Make socket connection default for monit client

Hi, Since you can listen on both - TCP port and UNIX socket - for Monit's HTTP GUI, I would suggest to make the client (CLI) connection default to the UNIX socket. I could accept only TCP connection from an outside IP and still work with the local CLI, which is currently not possible.

Because of that I'm only pushing with the M/Monit settings and use the CLI with UNIX socket only. It works, but I get a) the warning because not listening on a TCP port, and b) cannot control Monit via HTTP.
