test for Socks5 servers

I wrote the test for Socks5 servers.

Syntax:

‌ host … port 1080 protocol socks5 [username <value>] [password <value>]

The routine talks via Tcp using the server.

You can specify a name the credentials, otherwise it check for an anonymous login.

Pls don’t ask me to upload this file using GIT or any other CVS. I don’t know how to do and I haven’t spare time for that.

This is a free lunch, take it as is.
