proposal for new monit version (5.27.1)

Hello ,

I am using Monit release 5.27 for my Yocto development activity and used these changes  https://bitbucket.org/tildeslash/monit/pull-requests/103/improve-cross-compile-support/diff for fixing cross-compilation/configuration issues .

Also in addition to this there was unix macro error occurring while compilation and that fixed by adding this 'CFLAGS=${CFLAGS} -Uunix'

Hence my proposal would to provide a released version 5.27.1 with these changes so that I can use it in Yocto recipes and submit Yocto upstream patches based on this new version .
