MMonit how to delete Event counter on status page?

I found out how to delete the actual events with “delete * from event” but how do i reset the counters on the status page without having to wait for the “1 month” setting found in general settings.

The events count is cached on M/Monit start and maintained in memory, if you delete events from the database directly, it is necessary to restart M/Monit to sync the cache.
