0.4.2 release breaks js inclusion

When installing 0.4.2 with pip ('pip install django-formset-js'), the static directory is not installed inside the djangoformsetjs site package as part of the install process.

This has been attempted with and without an install of uglify-js in the project directory.

Fixed in 2236edc. I was extending the wrong version of the sdist command. The wrong version doesnt include files referred to in the MANIFEST.in, hence why nothing was being included.
